Annual England Athletics membership runs from 1st April - 31st March

It’s the time of year for members to renew their membership for the 2024/5 year. The new year starts from 1st April 2024. England Athletics did make a small increase this year and consequently the Exmouth Harriers Committee has slightly increased our membership fee too.

However, our club still offers great value and as usual we are offering an early bird discount for all full membership renewals paid before 31st March.

London Marathon Championship Competitors:

It is essential that all runners participating in the London Marathon are EA registered up to date; therefore your early membership renewal with Exmouth Harriers is particularly encouraged.

This year’s fees are as follows.

● Early bird renewal fee (March only) £28.00

● Post March fee £33.00

● Social Runner £13.00 (This option excludes membership to England Athletics and consequently no discounts to applicable races and does not qualify for club races/relays either)

● Any recent members who have joined the club in the last 6 months please contact me if you need any guidance.

To renew membership please follow the few points below:

● Register on the Exmouth Harriers website.

● Select : About / Membership & Kit Membership form / Tap the blue badge MEMBERSHIP FORM and Submit your details..... Everyone needs to do this please as it will also provide us with up to date information including your I.C.E. (In case of Emergency). Even if there are no changes you need to complete this short online membership form to register and remain a member for the year ahead.

● You will need to make a BACS payment to Acc: 00002149 Sort code: 77-10-05 Exmouth Harriers

● And you will need to email Steve Morgan Sjmorgan222@gmail.com our treasurer to inform him: How much you have paid and the date paid to Exmouth Harriers Bank Account.

On The England Athletics portal You will need to agree to adhere to the ‘Code of Conduct’ as detailed on their portal.

Club Kit

For racing T-shirts and Vests (example below) we order directly from the supplier Scimitar in bulk and have a reserve of sizes available usually, please speak to Nigel or Hannah at training and they will be able to advise what is currently available and at what cost.
